home alone!

parents will be overseas for 10days!

this means the house is left with my sis and me,

but well, sis is frequently home late, thus it means im gonna be home alone!

shiok feeling, haha. today, settled my dinner by personally cooking.

and the item on the menu is "ham bolognese"

for my first attempt cooking this simple dish, i will rate myself 8.5/10

RESTAURANT STANDARD SIA! no joke. really heavenly. 

and this dinner made me realise my potential in cooking, the cooking process was very smooth,like a chef.

i think it may be because of the time i spend in kitchen with my mum and the kitchen in sakae. cutting the ham, frying the garlic and finally adding in the sauce. it is an easy dish to cook.

gonna experience more cooking in the upcoming 9 days.
