the philosophy of my life

yah, this may be similar to some of yours. but well, here it goes:
"when you can choose to be happy, why choose to be sad?"

yeah, following this philosophy, i can never be angry or sad for more than 2 hrs. i mean if you chose the second, it will not only affect just you, but the others around you, especially those whom are concern about you. that's why you can rarely see a pissed off or emo me, if you do, go buy 4-D. ahahaha. once again, i know it's tough for some of you to adjust your emotions that fast, the tip is - cheerful friends and your mindset. stop dwelling on those unhappy stuffs, [get angry or sad for that moment, and get over it] and encouraging friends really do help. also, when you have pals coming over to ask "hey, whats wrong with you?" or "come on, cheer up!" it really does help, at least for me. so as a friend, keep these sentences going when you encounter a friend who's really down.

finishing the third week in poly, i find it pretty enjoyable. im really pleased with the choice of course i made, and im glad i didnt choose the jc path, looking at my jc friends whining every now and then about how stressful and tiring jc life is. and no, im not gloating at you guys. ahaha.

Food&Beverage Fundamental. you know i used to be a guy who doesnt really know much about food. but this subject really increased my knowledge on food. i didnt even know how to differentiate the different cuts of beef, until now. i also learnt about the different methods of cooking, it really helped to widen up my knowledge on cooking. and like what teddy bear said today, FOOD IS THE THING THAT BRINGS PEOPLE CLOSER TOGETHER. example, signing of contracts will normally be discussed over a meal or two, and imagine you bring your client to a restaurant that serves lousy food, how high do you think your chance of securing the contract is? so, by the end of my three years in HTM, i will know not only know the cuts of beef and different kind of wines. i can definely help to decide the place to eat, and what to order.
